Andrei Balazs

Senior Vice President, Business Development

Andrei Balazs is responsible for leading business development and investment activities for Brookfield Renewable’s U.S. business.

Mr. Balazs joined Brookfield Renewable in 2017 as a member of the Renewable Power Investments team, focused on investment opportunities in North America. Prior to joining Brookfield Renewable, he spent over five years in investment banking at a large Canadian financial institution covering the power and utilities sector.

Mr. Balazs holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
