Julian Ellison

Vice President, C&I Origination

Julian Ellison is Vice President for Commercial and Industrial Origination for Brookfield Renewable’s U.S. business, leading sales, marketing and origination for the C&I sector.

Mr. Ellison, who joined Brookfield Renewable in 2019, has two decades of leadership experience in commercial origination, business development, operations, finance, and risk management. Prior to Brookfield Renewable, he held origination roles at Enel Green Power and Telysium Energy. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer for Morgan Stanley’s Power & Gas Commodities Group. Before Morgan Stanley, he was an energy advisor in Ernst & Young’s Risk Management Advisory Practice. He started his career at TXU as a project manager and risk analyst in the U.S. and Europe.

Mr. Ellison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University at Commerce.
